City Vets is a privately owned practice and has four independent surgeries, located across the City of Exeter – Alphington, St Thomas, Heavitree and Whipton.

Shaun Moore is a veterinary surgeon working at the state of the art Veterinary Hospital in Heavitree. Heavitree is equipped with the latest in technology and facilities providing round the clock care, 365 days a year.

‘We bought two TLC-50 incubators in December 2015 to use as intensive care and recovery units for our exotic animals. We were recommended your incubators by our Exotics Vet who had used them before. They are used primarily on post anaesthetic recovery of small mammals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and other exotic small mammals and thermo-regulation of critically ill small mammals and small dogs and cats.

From the moment we removed the packaging we could appreciate the quality and design of Brinsea incubators. With Brinsea there is clearly no compromise on quality of product or service. We would not consider using any other product.

We will recommend your products at every opportunity including conferences and specialist lectures!’
