Very helpful company. I have a 2005 incubator made by them that has been in more or less constant use since I bought it new. I dropped it yesterday and broke the fan, called them up and it being so old no issue – the very helpful lady was able to talk me through on phone how to break it down to check wires and fan. It is sadly broken but being such an old model no problem – for a very reasonable sum they are able to supply me with a new fan and get my old faithful working again. Excellent service.
