Guarantee Terms and Conditions

A comprehensive FREE 3 year extended guarantee is available on all Brinsea branded incubators and brooders purchased from 1st February 2015 when you register online. Should a fault arise during the guarantee period the unit may be repaired or replaced at Brinsea's discretion.


How to Register

To register you will need to have your name, address, e-mail address, date of purchase, product names and serial numbers and the name of the distributor you bought your products from. Please visit the 'Register your product' page to register your purchases. Registration must be within 30 days of purchase.

Please note we are unable to provide a guarantee for any product registered without a serial number. You should not accept any Brinsea products without a serial number - if you find that your purchase does not have a serial number please return it to the person you bought it from and ask for a replacement or refund.

This manufacturer's guarantee supplements the rights to which you are entitled under law covering the terms of your purchase from the supplier. Your legal rights are not affected in any way. Brinsea Products is pleased to accept your order and goods are supplied subject to our standard trading terms and conditions, a copy of which is available upon request.


To qualify you must:

  1. Complete the online Guarantee Registration at www.brinsea.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Be the original purchaser of the product - you may be required to provide proof of purchase to validate your guarantee.
  3. Notify Brinsea of defect before the guarantee period expires.
  4. Have used the incubator for its proper purpose and stored it clean and dry.


If the criteria above are met, any defective part which has been returned carriage paid to Brinsea Products Ltd or your Brinsea authorised dealer within 3 years of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

  • This extended guarantee applies to working parts only.
  • Complete machines should only be returned with prior agreement of the factory. Please note, we are unable to accept any machines which have not been thoroughly cleaned.
  • The guarantee is from the manufacturer to the customer and does not involve the retailer.


Please note: All products purchased before 1st February 2015 carry the extended two-year guarantee.

Brinsea Products Ltd or its retailers will not be responsible for the loss of eggs in the event of failure however caused and the user is advised to arrange his/her own insurance cover where loss of power or mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses. It is not recommended that eggs of significant value are incubated in this product unless it is used in conjunction with an independent temperature alarm system.
