Orders for UK delivery will be shipped by letter post (for small items like spare parts) or by carrier, usually DPD, depending on location for most of our main products. We aim to hold all products in stock and normal time from placing an online order to receipt of goods is 3 - 5 working days. Occasionally items may be on a longer delivery and we will notify customers if delivery is expected to be longer than 30 days from receipt of your order. All goods sent by courier require a signature upon delivery. Use the comments text box on the order system if you would like to suggest another location if you are out - ideally a neighbour. If no signature can be taken then a card will be left and you will need to call the number on the card to arrange re-delivery.
NOTE: Please check your parcel before signing for it. If there is any visible or possible damage to the parcel please mark in the signature box that 'Damaged when received' when signing it.
Delivery charges are based on order value.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Larger incubators such as the OvaEasy 380 and 580 will be delivered on a pallet. Larger orders where more than one item has been ordered may also be delivered on a pallet. Please ensure you are able to take delivery before ordering.
