So far the sensor has failed at least once a year when in use. Hopefully the new versions have corrected this issue but I am stuck with it on version 3. Take consumables into account when looking at the unit you buy. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Unfortunately you were not able to provide us with proof of purchase or the serial number of your machine, so we advised you to contact the distributor that you originally bought from for help.
