I found the instructions a bit difficult to understand,but I rang the helpline and they cleared up my problem.Once set up the incubator worked well,and I had a 100% successful hatch.
Excellent incubator. I bought the auto humidity control and am really happy I did. No need to do anything except set up. It has had constant temperature and humidity for 3 days now. My only difficulty was setting up the pump which with the help of customer service was easy. They pointed me to a YouTube video which was very clear. Much easier than the paper instruction. If you want a good product buy one of these they are just right.

This was our first incubator and have only used it once, but would recommend it. Chosen for its automatic features with the turning of the eggs etc. Easy to set up and to watch over the incubating time in our kitchen. It was very exciting and you can see the eggs easily through the large plastic lid. Not at all noisy to live with if you are having it in your home to hatch! We managed to hatch all of the eggs, sadly two died on hatching (for unknown reasons) So it was all pretty traumatic, but I am not sure of the success rate of hatching in incubators, perhaps we were just unlucky. We ended up with two roosters and two hens, so now have just two girls in an Omlet Eglu. We will be giving it another go next year to see if we can hatch a couple more.
My first incubator its super small hold a small amount to get stated, compact and so easy to set up. Instruction are easy to follow. The Brinsea mini ll ex dose everything you need for a successful hatch, it’s super quality The you tube shot videos are also great
This is a brilliant product for those who are looking to hatch a small batch of chicks at a time. Easy to use. No worried about controlling humity, temperature and turning. Would highly recommend!
Upgraded to this from the eco due to the turning mechanism of which fitted more into my busy lifestyle. Easy to set up and view eggs. Ideal for starters and experienced a like. Very happy with this and great value for money.
