Can I bring to your notice the excellent advice, service and subsequent information and support. I have recently purchased two of your products, an Ovation Ex and an Eco Mini. These were purchased from one of your agents, Strangford Incubators. The owner Tony Linter, was extremely helpful, efficient to deal with a great sense of humour. In setting up the Ovation I needed some advice this was provided by Fiona Browne at Brinsea. She was delightful, very helpful but without being demeaning. She was an excellent ambassador for your company. Have worked in the public service I know how quick people can be to identify fault and complain but are very slow to praise and identify examples of good work. I therefore would wish to recognise the latter in your employees or agents. Thank you for an excellent product.
