Holy cr*p, it’s no wonder Brinsea has the reputation it does. I’ve gotten my first incubator, upper end brand and was fairly happy with it but guess what, no replacement parts. Next incubator will be a Brinsea. It’s like the difference between a commercial grade & consumer grade mower. Consumer grade, when it’s broke you toss & replace. Commercial grade you repair as long as you can.
