I would like to thank Brinsea for there great service, i had a problem with my maxi 11 ex and on ringing to explain what was happening i was told would be best to send the incubator back to them and they would look at it and fix it for me, i had ordered and replaced the turning motor but still could not get it to work, Brinsea checked it out, with new fan and deep clean, all this for free (wow), I have always used Brinsea incubators etc over the years and after a few years out of the fancy i won this incubator which started me off in keeping poultry again and i have not looked back thanks to Brinsea, good hatches with good quality goods, Thank you so much Brinsea team.
Brinsea all the way. Not just because it's cracking equipment that's safe. But it's a uk business too. And you've gotta spend money in the uk if you can. Well done to you guys for being market...
