I would like to thank Brinsea for there great service, i had a problem with my maxi 11 ex and on ringing to explain what was happening i was told would be best to send the incubator back to them and they would look at it and fix it for me, i had ordered and replaced the turning motor but still could not get it to work, Brinsea checked it out, with new fan and deep clean, all this for free (wow), I have always used Brinsea incubators etc over the years and after a few years out of the fancy i won this incubator which started me off in keeping poultry again and i have not looked back thanks to Brinsea, good hatches with good quality goods, Thank you so much Brinsea team.
