My wife purchased a second-hand Brinsea intensive care unit, a rather old model, that was not working. Brinsea’s customer service really went above and beyond to help us. I really appreciate your assistance, please pass my thanks to your technician, it is not often that businesses supply support on such a old product without trying to get the customer to upgrade to the latest model! I will certainly pass on word to anyone I know that the service and support I have received from Brinsea is nothing short of world class!
