This letter is not a complaint – it is the opposite. Having bought an Octagon 20 Advanced from Countrywide in Bourton on the Water on 8th August, I phoned you to ask if the dividers and instruction book should be missing. Now I know why I got it cheap! A very friendly and helpful person offered to send me a set of dividers and explained that I could download the instruction book from the Internet. I am writing to say thank you not only for the service but to thank you also for doing what you said you would do – something that rarely happens these days. Please thank your staff and all involved – I will recommend Brinsea whenever I can in the future.
