I just wanted to say thank you both to your extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly employee and also to yourselves as a company – the service is second to none, even given that my incubator is way out of its warranty (and I didnt register for the extended warranty, it having been a gift…). I would recommend both your incubators and service to anyone,
