Thank you for repairing and returning the auto turning cradle from my Eco20 incubator – the problem, I hasten to point out, was not due to a manufacturing fault on the part of Brinsea. I am pleased to report that the auto turn cradle is now working perfectly again. These days one often hears about poor customer service, however, Brinsea’s response to the problem was exceptional. From my first point of contact with Brinsea, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude of staff. I have been totally impressed by Brinsea’s level of customer care and an obvious desire to ensure that customers are able to continue to use what is an exceptional product. My sincere thanks to Brinsea for a truly exceptional level of customer care and aftercare product support.
