Brinsea update on the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation
As far as possible Brinsea is continuing to manufacture and supply our products although we are facing some delays and disruption due to the current situation. We recognise that our customers still need our products and we are accepting orders but please be aware that some communication and deliveries may be slower than normal. The best way to contact us at the moment is by email.
We are shipping our products to direct customers in the UK, however we are temporarily unable to ship goods to direct customers outside the UK (shipping to our distributors remains unaffected). Please contact your nearest distributor to purchase our products if you are outside the UK – you can find a list of our distributors by clicking here.
To keep staff safe we are unable to accept visitors to the Brinsea factory and we are unable to accept machines for servicing at present. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and take any necessary measures to protect our staff and the business.
